SWFL COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SINCE 1955

COMPANY PROFILE

Kinsey Associates, Inc. (“KAI”) is a commercial real estate firm with a very successful track record in brokerage, acquisition coordination and disposition of real property. The founding principal of KAI, James E. Kinsey, Sr. began his career in Southwest Florida real estate in 1955. In 1981, Jim’s son, Jim Kinsey, Jr. joined the company and served as its president until 2014.  Jim Jr.’s son Brandon Kinsey initially joined KAI in 2008, just in time for the worldwide economic recession that would devastate the SWFL real estate industry. From 2008 to 2013, Brandon worked in sales and marketing for a pair of local businesses as the real estate market continued to recover, finally rejoining KAI in a full-time role in 2014.  Shortly thereafter he took over all business operations with the passing of Jim Jr. in 2014.  Brandon now serves as KAI’s broker and President.
